A tiered maker/taker grid makes the cheapest price depend on volume you may never reach. A single percentage lets you compute the cost in your head before you press the button.

VIP rate
VIP is a single fee status, not a ladder of Silver, Gold and Platinum. It cuts the swap and spot trade fee to 25% of the standard rate. Deposit and withdrawal fees stay the same, and VIP never skips the manual withdrawal review.

VIP is set on the account by the exchange, never inferred silently from volume. Signed in, your current rank and the exact percent you pay are on Wallet.
Deposits
You send crypto to the deposit address shown in your Wallet for the chosen asset and network. The amount is credited after the network confirms it, minus the deposit fee above (zero on this site, so the full amount is credited).
- Network fee. Your sending wallet or exchange charges it to broadcast the transaction. It goes to miners or validators, not to us, and never appears on your balance.
- Wrong network. Send only on the network shown next to the address. Funds sent on a different chain may be unrecoverable; if recovery is possible, it is manual and can take time.
- Minimums. Where an asset has a minimum deposit, it is printed next to the address. Amounts below it may not be credited automatically.
Withdrawals
The withdrawal fee is 1% of the amount you request. The withdraw screen shows the fee and the net amount before you confirm. The requested amount is reserved from your available balance the moment you submit.

Destination, network match and account status are checked by hand. See how review works.
- Funds are sent
The transaction is broadcast and the status in History changes to Sent, with the txid where available.
If a request is declined, the reserved amount goes back to your available balance with the reason, and no fee is charged.
What we never charge
- Opening or closing an account.
- Monthly or annual custody fees.
- Inactivity fees on idle balances.
- A spread hidden on top of the swap fee: the rate on the ticket is the rate you get.
- Fees on a declined or cancelled withdrawal.
When fees change
Fees can change for new activity only. A change is published on this page before it applies; it never re-prices a swap, fill or withdrawal that already went through. The order ticket always shows the rate in force at the moment you confirm.
Questions
Why does the ticket show a different fee than this page?
Your account may have a VIP rank, or a rate set individually. The ticket reads your account's rate; this page shows the site's standard rate. The ticket is binding.
Is the fee taken in the coin I spend or the coin I receive?
From the coin you receive on a swap, from the filled amount on a spot order, and from the requested amount on a withdrawal.
Do you add a markup to the network fee?
No. The only withdrawal charge from us is the percentage above.
Are staking rewards taxed or cut by a fee?
No fee is taken from rewards. Tax treatment depends on where you live; we don't give tax advice.
