Who we share it with

  • Infrastructure providers that host the service, send email, and process crypto deposits and payouts, only to the extent needed for that job.
  • Telegram, if you link it, to deliver the notifications you chose.
  • Authorities, when a valid legal request requires it. How we handle those is on Law enforcement requests.
  • A buyer or successor, if the business is reorganised or sold, under the same protections.
Public by nature

Blockchain transactions are public. Deposit and withdrawal addresses and amounts can be seen by anyone on a block explorer; this is how the networks work, not something we publish.

  • Delete data we're not legally required to keep.
  • Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Take your data with you in a machine-readable format.

How we protect it

Access to identity files and account data is limited to staff who need it for their role, and staff actions are logged. Connections to the site are encrypted. Details of account protection are on Security.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we close it and return any balance where the law allows.
