Choosing the right network
USDT-TRC20, USDT-ERC20, BTC, BNB Smart Chain — these are different pipes. The ticker is not enough.
The rule
The network on Deposit must match the network on the sending withdrawal screen, character for character in meaning — not “whatever says USDT”.
Examples of mismatches that burn money:
- USDT sent as ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address
- BTC sent on BEP-20 / “BTCB” to a native BTC address
- ETH sent on Arbitrum to an Ethereum deposit address
We cannot move coins across chains for you. There is no support button that “converts the network”.
How to decide
- Look at Deposit. Write down asset + network name exactly (e.g. USDT · TRC20).
- On the sending exchange, pick that pair. If they do not offer TRC20, do not “use ERC20, it’s all USDT”.
- Test with a small amount.
Why we list few networks
Each rail is a real wallet path the exchange can watch. Extra chains would mean extra ways to lose deposits. If your coin is listed but your favourite L2 is not, use a listed network or swap elsewhere first.
