Minimum deposit and dust

The exchange may enforce a minimum per coin. Amounts below that can sit on-chain and never credit.

Why a minimum exists

Watching the chain and crediting the ledger has a cost. Very small transfers (“dust”) can be below what this domain will book.

If Deposit or the coin’s rules show a minimum, send at least that much after the sending venue’s withdrawal fee.

What you should do

  • Read any min shown on Deposit for that asset.
  • If you sent dust and it never appeared, Live chat can confirm; we still may not credit below the min.
  • Do not keep retrying $0.40 transfers to “wake up” the address.
