How to deposit crypto
Open Deposit, pick asset and network, copy the address from that screen, send from a wallet you control.
Step by step
- Sign in → Deposit.
- Select the asset.
- Select the network from the list we show. If a network is not listed, we will not credit it.
- Copy the address (and memo/tag if the screen shows one — some assets need both).
- In your sending wallet or exchange, withdraw/send that asset on that same network to that address.
- Wait for network confirmations. Overview updates when we see a confirmed credit.
Memo / tag / destination tag
If Deposit shows a memo, both address and memo must be correct. Address without memo on those networks often means the coins arrive at the platform but cannot be assigned to you automatically.
QR codes
Only scan a QR that Deposit rendered in your logged-in session. A QR from a group chat is how people lose funds.
Fees on the way in
The sending wallet pays the network fee. We do not charge a deposit fee. The amount credited is what arrived on-chain, not what you “intended” before their withdrawal fee.
