Help & contact

Contact support

Help center first, then the support circle while signed in, then email if the domain published one. We do not support via random Telegram admins.

Order of operations

  1. Search this Help center — most “how does X work” is here.
  2. The circle at the bottom right of the signed-in account area, with ids and txids. Not the Live chat tab (that is a public bot floor).
  3. Email only if this site’s footer lists an address, or the operator published one in contacts. A generic support@…example placeholder on old pages is not a monitored inbox.

What to put in email

Account email, withdrawal or deposit txid, hostname you use, and a one-screen description. Do not attach a 40 MB video of your desktop.

Impersonation

We will not DM you first on Telegram asking you to withdraw to “sync”. Bookmark this Help center and the signed-in support circle.

Didn’t cover it?

Message support with your account email and the transaction or withdrawal ID. Support can’t approve a withdrawal or change a balance in chat, but it can find out what happened.
