How to withdraw crypto
Withdraw screen: asset, network, address, amount, confirm. Then wait for human review — not an instant hot-wallet fire.
Step by step
- Sign in → Withdraw.
- Choose asset and network that your destination wallet actually supports.
- Paste the destination address. Check the first and last 6 characters. A single wrong character is a different person.
- Enter the amount. The screen shows the fee before you confirm. That fee is for the network send, not a hidden “spread”.
- Submit. The request goes to review.
What happens next
A member of our team reviews it, then it is sent — a txid should appear and you can track it on an explorer.
Do not send a second identical withdrawal “because the first one stuck” — that is how people double-pay.
There is no “support can speed it up if I pay extra in chat”. Anyone offering that is not us.
