Balances are ledger balances on the exchange. You authenticate with email/password/2FA. There is no “export wallet” button.

If you found a platform flaw (not an individual account question), report it through Help / Live chat rather than posting exploit steps publicly. Account “where is my tx” is a normal support ticket, not a security bounty.
