Phishing, fake support, and cloned sites
Always check the hostname. We will never ask for your seed, 2FA codes, or a “verification deposit” to a new address.
The only addresses that matter
Deposit addresses generated inside Deposit while you are logged in. Anything else is hostile.
Classic scams
- “Support” on Telegram: send 0.2 BTC to unlock your account
- Google ad to a lookalike hostname
- Email with a “Withdraw” button to a fake login
- Someone asking for your 2FA code “to verify it’s you”
What we will never ask
Private keys, seed phrases, authenticator codes, remote-desktop control, payment to a personal USDT wallet.
If you already sent to a scammer
That send is on-chain. We cannot reverse it. Secure the account (password + 2FA), tell Live chat if the scammer also has your password, and treat the coins as gone.
