Notifications

In-app alerts for deposits, withdrawals and fills. Sound is optional. This is not SMS marketing.

Where they live

The Notifications tab is a feed of events on *your* account: deposits credited, withdrawals changing status, orders filling, KYC review, and similar account events.

Settings has toggles for which kinds you want (deposits, withdrawals, fills) and whether a sound plays in the browser.

What will not happen

We do not cold-call you. We do not DM you on Telegram to “complete a deposit”. If a notification asks you to send coins to a new address, ignore it and open Deposit yourself while signed in.

Message support with your account email and the transaction or withdrawal ID. Support can’t approve a withdrawal or change a balance in chat, but it can find out what happened.
